Learn to cartwheel, handstand and bridge in our Acro 1 Classes!
Fully trained by Acrobatic Arts, Embody Dance provides a safe instruction on all Acro tricks and skills.
Each week we work on the dancers’ strength.
Once dancers have mastered Acro 1, they will then move onto Acro 2!

BALLET
Ballet 4-6yrs
Our Ballet classes for children aged 4 to 6 years provide a fun and inspiring introduction to classical ballet, helping young dancers develop strong foundations while enjoying every moment of their dance journey.
Through imaginative themes, beautiful music and engaging activities, children learn basic ballet positions, steps and techniques while improving posture, balance, coordination, flexibility and musicality. As their confidence grows, they also develop discipline, focus and creative expression in a positive, encouraging environment.
Every class is carefully planned to nurture a love of ballet, allowing children to explore graceful movement, build new skills and make wonderful friendships, all while discovering the joy of dance.

MODERN 1
Make friends and have fun!

Modern Dance Classes are a great introduction to dancing for ages 4-6 years.
We build dancers’ confidence with short dances and travelling sequences. These classes teach basic dance techniques and simple routines that children will love to show off at home!

MUSICAL THEATRE 1
Got stars in your eyes?

Want to dance and sing all at once? Then this class is for you!
Designed for ages 4-6. In these Musical Theatre lessons, dancers are taught different vocal warm-ups and singing techniques.
Dancers move around the room using different character’s emotions to encourage their acting and performance skills. We play songs from Disney and Musicals to inspire our Musical Theatre dances.

STREET 1
Let’s hit the streets

Street Dance is high energy, funky and cool! Join Street to learn how to isolate, roll, jump and use your dance attitude.
Street dance is not only about technical skill but also about self-expression and creativity. Dancers often add their own personal style and interpretation to the movements, making each performance unique.
