READY SET ACRO is a fun, safe and engaging acrobatic programme for preschoolers, created with industry leader Acrobatic Arts. Designed to support healthy early development, it uses original music with lyric cues to guide movement through three key components:
STRETCH – Build flexibility and improve range of motion in all major muscle groups.
STRENGTH – Develop physical strength, control and body awareness through age-appropriate exercises.
SKILLS – Grow confidence, social skills and coordination while learning exciting AcroDance moves.
In READY SET ACRO, preschoolers roll, tumble and stretch their way through this magical stage of growth and discovery. They leap like frogs, balance like flamingos, and explore their abilities — all while having a blast!

ACRO 1
Build flexibility, Balance and Strength
5+ yrs
Learn to cartwheel, handstand and bridge in our Acro 1 Classes!
Fully trained by Acrobatic Arts, Embody Dance provides a safe instruction on all Acro tricks and skills.
Each week we work on the dancers’ strength.
Once dancers have mastered Acro 1, they will then move onto Acro 2!

READY SET BALLET
Ballet 4-6yrs
READY SET BALLET is a magical introduction to classical ballet for children aged 2–6 years. Little dancers discover the fundamentals of ballet in a fun and engaging way.
With specially designed music and lyrical cues, children are immersed in the beauty of ballet while developing coordination, body awareness, strength and flexibility.
Props such as rainbow ribbons, scarves and wands add to the magic — encouraging twirls, sways and graceful movement while supporting tactile awareness, fine motor skills and control.
In READY SET BALLET, children tiptoe, twirl and leap through a world of imagination, building skills and confidence as they dance like fairies, butterflies and swans.

READY SET DANCE
Turn, Kick, Leap & Wiggle! A Fun, Independent Introduction to Dance
3-5 yrs
READY SET DANCE is a fun, high-energy combo class for preschoolers aged 3–5 years. It blends three exciting styles to build confidence, coordination and a love for dance:
JAZZ – Develop strength, control and balance while achieving key coordination milestones like skipping before starting school.
MODERN – Turn, kick, leap and wiggle to fun music, learning simple dance skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.
HIP HOP – Bust out cool moves to our original hip hop tracks and groove just like Freeze.
In READY SET DANCE, preschoolers leap, turn and groove their way through this exciting stage of growth and learning. They wiggle like worms, jump like kangaroos and shine like stars on the dance floor!
Once dancers have mastered the basics, they will be ready to move up to Modern 1!

MODERN 1

Modern Dance Classes are a great introduction to dancing for ages 4-6 years.
We build dancers’ confidence with short dances and travelling sequences. These classes teach basic dance techniques and simple routines that children will love to show off at home!

MUSICAL THEATRE 1
Got stars in your eyes?
4-6yrs
Want to dance and sing all at once? Then this class is for you!
Designed for ages 4-6. In these Musical Theatre lessons, dancers are taught different vocal warm-ups and singing techniques.
Dancers move around the room using different character’s emotions to encourage their acting and performance skills. We play songs from Disney and Musicals to inspire our Musical Theatre dances.

STREET 1
Let’s hit the streets
4-6yrs
Street Dance is high energy, funky and cool! Join Street to learn how to isolate, roll, jump and use your dance attitude.
Street dance is not only about technical skill but also about self-expression and creativity. Dancers often add their own personal style and interpretation to the movements, making each performance unique.
