Our preschool programme has been specially created for children aged 1.5 to 4 years, combining movement, music and imaginative play in a fun, nurturing environment.
Every class is designed to help little ones build confidence, develop coordination, strengthen social skills and discover a love of movement at their own pace. Whether they’re jumping, spinning, balancing or exploring through creative play, each session is packed with smiles, laughter and exciting new adventures.
At Embody Dance, we believe every child deserves the chance to shine, and our experienced teachers create a welcoming space where children can learn, grow and flourish while having lots of fun.
PRESCHOOL BALLET
Ballet 2-4yrs
Our Preschool Ballet classes introduce young children aged 2 to 4 years to the wonderful world of ballet through imagination, storytelling and creative movement.
Each class gently introduces the foundations of ballet while developing balance, coordination, posture, flexibility and musicality in a fun, age-appropriate way. Children explore movement through magical adventures, bringing stories and characters to life as they skip, twirl, stretch and leap.
Using colourful props, beautiful music and plenty of encouragement, our experienced teachers create a warm and nurturing environment where every child can build confidence, express themselves and develop a lifelong love of dance.

DANCE WITH ME
Dance With Me 1.5-3yrs
Dance With Me is a fun, interactive class for toddlers aged 1.5 to 3 years and their grown-up, designed to encourage movement, imagination and quality time together.
Each session combines music, movement, sensory play and simple dance activities to help little ones develop confidence, coordination, balance and early social skills in a relaxed, welcoming environment. You’ll sing, dance, explore exciting equipment, discover colourful props and enjoy playful activities that support your child’s physical, emotional and cognitive development.
Most importantly, Dance With Me is about sharing special moments together. Whether you’re dancing with scarves, navigating an obstacle course, popping bubbles or joining in with action songs, every class is filled with laughter, learning and opportunities to create wonderful memories.
